This hotel in Rome is a real gem. the location is superb, situated in the heart of the Spanish Steps area surrounded by branded shops. It's the perfect base for exploring the city. Secondly, the staff goes above and beyond to provide exceptional service, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and taken care of. Lastly, the rooms are well-maintained and clean, with attention to detail such as two bathrooms and a pull-out sofa. Plus, the value for money is excellent, especially considering the prime location.
Nothing to complain about, everything was just perfect.

good location. There is 5mins walk to the subway.
the bad air-condition !! We went to Rome in 25Aug and it is very hot. But the air-conditionning was broken in the last night. And the hotel could do nothing just asking us waiting for the repairing after morning. And we couldnot open the window because it was very close to the main street and was very noisy.

Location excellent, stones throw from Spanish Steps, however I did not see on your website that the hotel had no lift, my room was located on the 4th floor. Apart from the lift, the room was very nice, however small. The breakfast was good and the staff very friendly. If you do not mind the stairs, I would definitely recommend it for the price.
No lift

Location was great. You can easily walk to most attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful.
On the first night we were recommended to go to a restaurant near Inn Spagna. Do not go there. We got hit with a 110 Euro bill. We were recommended fish as part of our meal that was 70 Euro alone.

The location of this hotel was incredible. It was conveniently close to the metro station and all the major attractions of the city. Additionally, it was right in the middle of the beautiful shopping district that offered plenty of options for me to indulge in retail therapy. The staff were always helpful and provided great recommendations for restaurants that weren't too touristy. The hotel facilities were top-notch and the cleanliness was impeccable.
For us, it was ideal.

Ovi, the owner, was very helpful and spoke great English. He upgraded us to a balcony room. The location is one block from the Spanish Steps and the metro is very close but our room was very quiet. We enjoyed being in the heart of Rome the moment we left the door. Ovi recommended "Life" restaurant and we loved it! Ovi is awesome and continuously improving Inn Spagna. The WiFi worked great.
Beware the 4th floor upgrade--there is no elevator - 78 steps to your bed. We laugh about it, loved our room and got a great workout, especially when we forgot something in the room. No need for a fitness facility.
